Hello! I am a design researcher affiliated with the Design Informatics Lab (DILAB) specializing in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and AI in Design. I'm particularly passionate about interactive design systems that: 1) utilize an intention inference model to discern designers’ preferences and objectives, offering feedback based on those insights, and 2) allow designers to explore and manipulate the latent space of generative AI.

Concrete Speaker Part 1 is an omni-directional speaker based on acoustic performance optimization techniques and sand based 3D printing. Additionally, it incorporates an ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) mix. Through the fusion of these technologies, we were able to transform its traditionally rigid and non-fluid perception to be more dynamic and versatile.
Concrete Speaker Part 2 aims to go beyond Part 1 by actively utilizing cutting-edge technologies like 3D milling and 3D printing to push the boundaries of what's possible with concrete. To achieve this, we adopted a sphere-shaped design and combined concrete with a unique metal design. This approach challenges conventional thoughts on materials and ventures into an out-of-the-box design approach.
Constructed in 1938 as the Gyeonggi High School, the Jeongdok Library was later repurposed by the Seoul Government in 1977. Despite its historical value, it has challenges like high fences and constricted spaces. Our "weaving" design concept aims to address these without compromising the original architecture. Our goal is to enhance city flow and mode.
